What exactly do I receive?
You will receive an email with the main user insights, as well as a short video with commentary from the interviewer. Additionally, you will receive the "raw" interview videos so that you can review them in full if needed. If you have us create a prototype, you will receive it as a .
Can I test with more than 10 people?
We generally recommend five people, because based on our experience and , this is the best balance of cost and benefit. Please to discuss alternative options, such as larger groups or A/B tests.
How experienced are the interviewers?
Our interviewers, such as , have 5 to 15 years of experience. They have conducted interviews for both start-ups and large organizations, including BNP Paribas, Decathlon, Google, Heineken, Port of Amsterdam, Unilever, and Wunderman Thompson. This means they know the right questions to ask and how to probe at the right moments.
In which languages can you conduct interviews?
Our interviewers are fluent in English and Dutch.
What if I want to test more often?
